Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you on behalf of the Beavers Cricket Club for the weekend.
The equestrian lodge was perfect for our end of season trip, it was far enough away that we could be noisy without disrupting people, but close enough for us to use all the facilities. In fact, we felt that there was so much to do over the weekend that we needn’t have hired the inflatable game – we could have played golf or volleyball for another couple of days. But the particular highlight for me was watching one of the 95kg blokes in the cricket team do backflips on the giant pillow!
The golf package was excellent value – the meals at the bistro were beautiful and the only problem with the sports bar was that it had to close!
We hope to be back again with our families and definitely for our end of season trip, and next time we will definitely be bringing some bikes for the BMX track, and a giant piece of plastic and some detergent for the slope outside the lodge.
I hope you found the lodge in good order, a couple of the boys mopped the floors and we tried to clean up as much as possible.
